F.I.Ts (FULLY INDEPENDENT TRAVELLERS): Great Adventures reserves the right to impose a 100% cancellation fee for any booking not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to departure date. For Group bookings of 15 or more people, a Group cancellation policy applies. Please contact tourstogo.com for more detiails.

Wildlife Coast Cruises:

Due to possible schedule amendments, we advise to check with our office before planning your itinerary. Wildlife Coast Cruises reserves the right to cancel at short notice. If you wish to cancel your cruise, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled departure receive no refund. Some cruises may be cancelled due to weather, insufficient bookings or special events. In the event of this, an alternative cruise will be offered. If this is not possible, then at the discretion of management a refund will be considered.

Hills Luxury Day Tours:

A full refund is available for cancellation up to 6 days before your tour. Cancellation less than 6 days prior to departure will not be refunded.
