Tour Description
Travel to the sunrise viewing area at the eastern end of Uluru. Watch the first rays of the sun set Uluru and the red centre alight while enjoying a warming cup of tea, coffee or milo and biscuits. On the Mutitjulu Walk your Guide points out the natural features of the landscape, Aboriginal rock paintings, relays traditional Aboriginal stories and explains the geological formation, Aboriginal history and flora and fauna unique to this area. Walk towards Kunyia Piti, a sacred site at Uluru. Board your coach and continue your tour around the circumference of this massive rock with commentary from your Guide. Take a break for morning tea. Choose to stay at the Cultural Centre or for those who are still keen, accompany your guide to Mala Walk.
